How it works: We arrive and assess your device. If a diagnosis is needed, the $75 fee applies. We provide a quote for any hardware upgrades or replacements. Work only starts after your approval. Typical session: 60–90 minutes Pricing: Call-out fee: $50 Diagnosis fee (if required): $75 Work rate: $100/hr (charged only after you approve the repair)
